Early 50's afaik. I flew many times with Rocky. Have'nt seen him in months. Very pleasant disposition always.

He would have turned 58 this year. A fantastic person....he is being missed allready.

Sad news. I haven't heard a whisper, yet. I live on the West Coast, use the cycle track almost daily. The intersection of Paarden Eiland Road crossing over onto Woodbridge Island seems to be an accident hotspot, I see broken glass often.

That almost exactly where I live, I saw a person lying on the road on Sunday morning, covered with a blanket, was not sure what was going on there. They were lying there for ages with two cars stopped next to them.

 

RIP, sorry to hear that.
