Sram XX brakes

Does any one know how to get these brakes to work like Shimano with out having to replace them with Shimano?

 

My brakes are not sharp, like my old Shimano. ( its got nothing to do with levers. )

 

 

Any proven advice would be well received.

No. They are poorly designed and engineered. They will always feel like squashing a plastic bag of mieliepap.
