Awesome morning of riding, my first wpca ride, started in cat 3 and lasted in that group till start of last lap. Was great to get back onto bike in winter.

 

Thanks to the organizers that were really helpful. Think there is a perception that its only for a few elites. Was some very good riding for everyone. If had not been of bike for 3 months could have finished with cat 3 so not too bad.

 

Bleak only took part in the last one, at least I know for future.

the sprint primes really made racing interesting today. sorry no photos. i was too busy on the day and the other photographer was riding.

Same as Skistar did my first winter league today also in Cat 3. Was surprised with the turn out. Was a bit dangerous at some stages but was still an excellent race. Just a pity the league is over now as I enjoyed it so much and finishing in the bunch. Well done to all involved!,
