SRAM S-1250 BB30 Crank Removal

Folks,

 

What is the correct procedure to remove a Specialised SRAM S-1250 BB30 crank?

All the manuals suggest I remove the NDS first with a 10mm hex. Problem is that the crankset I have does not have a hex fitting on the NDS but only on the DS (10mm). There is a 2mm hex screw on plastic lock ring, I guess, on the inside of the NDS crank.

Apparently, it's a Specialised SRAM S-1250 crankset.....is it self extracting? Do I just undo the 10mm hex (anti-clockwise) ?
