Worse than bum......... DNF ill carry my bike on my back for twenty km but I will not DNF that's me, 2 years ago I fell day 2 of three towers, 30km in and 40 to go, took half me knee off , broke my hand and I finished, unless I am unconscious and they load me in a meat wagon ill finish, when we got to the first water point the medics did not want me to carry on ( we slipped away and finished) I think IF YOU DECIDE TO BITE OFF MORE THAN YOU CAN CHEW,,,,,,SLOWLY SLOWY CHEW AWAY AT IT, I am dumb that way, you finish what you started.
