Want to ride your bike in the biggest Mountain Biking area in the world?

Introduction

Vince Muir and I (Duane Bosch) are planning to put together a trip for South African Downhillers and All Mountain riders to ride in the Portes Du Soleil Mountain Biking

Had an Apt in Champery before I moved over to SA. Used to ski a lot there in winter, and MTB in summer. Both are awesome - you guys will have a blast. Fond memories looking at the pics.

I booked my accommodation for 2 weeks at the same place as what you guys are staying and then I'm off to Paris for 2 days and then Méribel for the World Cup :)

For those that don't know, your Multipass gets you access to the following (on top of the 24 ski lifts)

  • 4 swimming pools & 2 lakes
  • 5 cultural sites
  • 8 tennis courts
  • 2 ice rinks
  • 3 tourist trains
  • 4 mini golf courses
  • Inter-resort bus system
  • 850km of footpaths
  • The Premium Pass also allows access to the new Morzine swimming pool complex.

Just FYI

French people (for some reason) require one to be wearing a speedo when swimming in a swimming pool  . So you'll have to pack one and trim your 'side burns' if you wish to take advantage of them.

I think they stipulate the speedo because they want to see the side burns... we all know that the French have some weird body hair grooming practices

In Germany, they go naked. NOT lying!

It was a public pool!
