Stretched@Birth Posted January 23, 2020 Posted January 23, 2020 (edited) Needed to bleed my Shimano XT brakes on both my bikes, looked online for a bleed kit, pricing about R280 for the kit. Made my own with 2 syringes, some aquarium hose and an irrigation hose fitting. The small fitting for sprinkler systems, with a thread on one side and hose nipple on the other screws into the bleeding port on the XT levers. PhilipV Posted January 23, 2020 Posted January 23, 2020 I rebuild a wheel, but didn't have a wheel stand. After lacing it up I put it in my my Torq bike stand. I unscrewed the clamp, and put a threaded rod with some some washers and a wingnut on it. Grease_Monkey and samson99 2
