Cycle Fit - setup

These guys should give lessons in customer service. They make you feel do welcome and comfortable. Setup is professional but not over your head.

So I went for my bike setup this morning at Cycle Fit. As the old saying goes "first impression lasts" .... these guys surely know how to make that first impression a memorable one... all the guys from Cycle Fit, come out, greet you by name and make you feel at home straight away! Well done guys.

 

During the setup, Richard explained each and every single detail to me, why he is doing the changes he is, and what result can be expected. Some changes came as a bit of a surprise, and other I knew was an issue. At the end of the assessment, all the surprised changes made complete sense.

 

The friendliness, the professionalism, the entire visit was awesome.

 

No just to kill some kilometres to test out the new setup, and give the guys some feedback by next week.
