Is my Hub Broken?

I need some help from you clever okes. When I reply to a post, after I've typed my response and I want to click on the post button, my cursor doesn't turn from an arrow to a hand (to be able to post) for quite a while. Sometimes it takes a few seconds, but usually it takes up to a minute (or more). If I mouse over any of the other options on the screen, it changes to a hand as it should.

Hope this makes sense. Any ideas?

No idea, but I have the same problem. I find if I scroll to the bottom of the page, so the POST button is at the top of the page, it works!!!!
