MTB trails around Mbabane, Swaziland

I'm off to Swaziland to visit family in Swaziland for the long weekend and would like to do some riding. Anyone know or have GPS routes to share with me. I'm situated just outside Mbabane.

If you contact Milwane Wildlife Sanctuary they should be able help - There is an awesome MTB race (Imvelo) there every year and I know their trails are open during the rest of the year.

Thanks for the help all. Was also told of a race called Inyatsi-Nkonyeni-Classic, anyone done it or know of it?
