Training after 7 months complete lay off?

Was not a specialized physio but have been using her for 15 years with various sports related injuries

 

Never knew specialized was making physio's too.is that cos more of their riders need them?

Bit of a sad update, i have been put back on crutches pending results of an x-ray tomorrow... started getting sharb stabbing pains when walking last week and there is concern that bones may have partially dislocated again, however im glad to say i got in a good 72km on sunday in time of 2h50, not bad considering it was only my 3rd weekend back on a bike.

Results of x-rays last week show I now have severe Ostia-arthritis as a result of all the trauma to my foot... not much I can do as its going to degenerate and get worse as I get older. Never imagined having arthritis at 24 years old.

 

Anybody else suffer fro this, it seems a common sports injury in the mid-foot and knee regions but normally at an older age?
