New to the TT bicycle market! What should I be looking for?

I'm keen to buy a TT bike but not too sure what is good value for money. Am thinking of getting a Cervelo?

What size you looking for? I will probably be selling my TT frame which I won SA tt champs on 35 to 39 cat 2013. It is a no name but made by Trgion - it is gloss 3k carbon black.

Probably can sell some part and the easton TT carbon bars - I still have some new Shimano Pro disc in clincher and tubular
