I not really a gym guys - so the less time I spend in the gym the better!

I only doing a routine with 5 exercises in a specific order! I am not saying I am doing it 100% right but in a 10 / 15 day cycle I am trying to do these exercises 2 to 3 times with hight reps and then once every 10 to 15 days after warming up maximum effort - 1 rep - the explosive power fast twitch muscle fibre activation! On my very short time in the gym on the leg press I a up already 25% on weight on the 1 rep.

Try Eddie Lambert's "Be your own personal trainer book" has all types of core, strength and plyometric exercises in it explained (sections on bosu balls, therabands etc) with images and levels together with programs for different levels put together so you can start with easy and progress to extra hard, which is doing push-ups with your feet on medicine balls and hands on another :cursing:

You can get one at Sportsman's.

Have a look at www.bikejames.com. There are some kettlebell exercises that are very good for strengthening your core.
