Petition to remove squatters on the Spruit

Not sure if you guys have seen this or been posted yet; but received this email with attached petition. Please sign if you are a user of the Spruit and concerned about this problem.

Dear Residents

 

The Parkmore Community Association has initiated a petition calling on the City to remove the Squatters living along the banks of the Braamfontein Spruit. They are challenging all communities along the spruit to complete the attached petition and forward it to : manager@parkmore.org.za . This initiative needs all our support. You can also forward the completed petition form to Ian Tumiel of the Bryanston East Community Forum : ian@becf.co.za or to myself at: vearp@iafrica.com . I will then forward all the forms to Brian in Parkmore.

 

Please take a few minutes to read the attachment and complete the petition form. Please also send it out to your neighbours and friends.
