So I started Taebo the other night, on a mission to lose this extra 25kg's for the Argus.... has anyone here ever done Taebo and is it really effective for losing weight??

considering you are training for argus, your mileage ridden should consume near mega-joules of energy. Controlling your diet in that scenario will offer great weight loss opportunities. Taebo will no doubt burn some good energy as well, as well as giving you the benefits of high intensity training. twice a week should be good mixed in with your cycling and other forms of training. Running is a superb way of losing weight as well, but is harder on the body.
