Dilbert pointed this out to me on pez. Will be an excellent choise if they price it right. If you go on current prices, I guess a PT wireless + Zipp disc about the same price as a Dura-Ace SRM, or am I way off? Power + nice disc vs only power...

How about the nicely matched colours of the skin suit, in combination with his bike, helmet & gloves? (NOT!!!)

Looks like the big guns find a power meter useful for TTing. Here is a pic of Cancellara doing some low altitude flying. Check out the 3T tri-bars!

on long TT's they use it quite extensively but on a short prologue they might look down once or twice at it. Its really then more as to collect data and view it latter on and use it as an accsess point for future reference..

you don't even have to go down that route. You can get covers for you PT racing wheel to convert to a disc when needed.

The wheel covers are not UCI legal according to the local agents Cry Use can be approved by the local race comm, though. But I agree, these make perfect financial sense, how often will a disc get used? You can always chance it, how many race officials will notice the difference, in any case?
