I agree with you. I believe everyone deserves a 2nd mistake on their wrong doing providing they don't "do it again" and make right. So far he has.

Problem is once they have crossed the dope line, you never really know if they are up to no good again, despite what they say. LA made sure of that...

lots of hipocracy, guys like Nolan and Fouche both served bans and now riding again as pro's (the dream of many youngsters) and winning events......
