In other news - if the roastie on your arse is small enough use a waterproof strick on plaster - the brandname escapes me buy you can buy them at Dischem etc.

 

You leave them on for 3 days. It's called "wet healing" - much faster than allowing it to dry out and with much better results...

I ride around Chartwell as well and also ride on the side of the road where i can. Will take note of your experience as i have to cross Cedar as well on most of my routes. Dumb asses on the road.
