Single speed chain ring bolts?

Dudes .... rear der hanger bolts are the monkey's nuts for a SS ring set up ... most LBS's should have these and they will not cost more than R10 for one ... even though that is a little steep.

 

My LBS gives them to me if I need new ones ... that is just how we roll

Any Shimano 2 X 10 chainring bolts will work

I actually cut the the mounting parts of the inner chain ring off and fitted it behind the one chain ring I'm using. Holes line up perfectly and the shape is an exact match and perfect thickness,I prefer that to the washer as it provides more stability and if you cut it neatly with a filed edge it looks good.

Or you can order a set from Rapide in Jhb if you aren't in a huge hurry, someone did mention that I think.
