vulgar Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 I would like to convert a 1 inch steerer tube to fit a normal size stem. Therefor i need a Shim... where can i purchase this items. paragon,omnico,cape cycles, pch dont do them....who shld i try maybe?
Newest Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 VERY hard to find in SA. There's a good chance that I have one in my spares box. Will check tonight. FYI: USE cycling products has a range of shims. Unfortunately not so easy to source from your LBS/Wholsesalers.

Fisan Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 After struggling to find one myself I cut one out of an old water pipe. It fits perfectly and I've used it for a few months since* *can not recommend due to safety reasons
