Indola tearing issue

Ok so, I have had the indola enduros for about 6 weeks and a tear developed between the chamois and the Lycra, I returned them for a warranty replacement and in the meantime bought a pair of perennials to use. Literally the first ride and a tear in a similar spot. Should this concern me or is it not a big deal?? Don't want to keep sending shorts back.

Same place different shorts, looks like they catching on something that you are not aware of?

Hole looks like something repeatedly chomped at it not a once off tearing, maybe hooking somewhere under the seat?

Mmm... Different places, enduros tore between legs and perrenials (pictured) tore at left thigh. Don't ride with items in pockets....

Still the hole in the pic doesn't look like its from a manufacturing defect, looks like a hole from some thing catching on it or similar, or how else did it get there, unravelled seam or defect in the material?

Sorry, meant along a seam by similar.. Seems it could be a defect. Just returned them and the reaction was, "not another one like this".
