    Funny timing this.. Literally busy trying to find a decent pair of hardshell or plastic cap knee pads with side cushioning as well.. Like ION K Pact, Fox Launch Pro, 7iDP Flex etc.. but not easy to find locally to fit before buying (have tried Fox and their biggest size is too small)...

    Thought I'd put it out there. I have a Shockwiz that cleared customs this morning and is on its way from JHB to CPT, so if history serves, I will have it during the course of next week. I'm going to mess around with it for a bit on my bike and then I have a friend who wants to review it for his Youtube channel, thereafter it is my intention to make it available for rent. When such time comes (most likely mid-March), I will post an ad in the classifieds with all the details for rental.

    Yeah, something along these lines.. This is actually where the sport of airsoft was derived from.. Awesome stuff for training. Gave it up a long time ago, so much politics, probably forgotten all the skills I learned.     You basically use electrical tape wrapped around the shock under the air can instead of the official volume reducing rubber bands, creates the same result.

    This was a problem I had as well... Just couldn't get it feeling right... But finally I have sorted it, 4 tokens up front at 70psi and it runs oh so nicely. Also did the electrical tape thing in the back and run at 300psi, feels really good allround now. Oh, also Reign 2 ali.

    Probably a bit of both, but have heard some crazy things about NYC bike couriers.. I didn't notice a helmet, but riding like that he really should consider one...
