Thanks Jason at Omnico Midrand

Had an issue with my Fox 32 fork, it was sent down to CT for repairs a couple of weeks back and I got it back yesterday, put it back on the bike and unfortunately the problem reappeared (thankfully just as I left my property!)

 

I was pretty upset but Omnico then said I could take the fork through to their Midrand branch (as opposed to waiting for the bike shop to send it in etc etc) and Jason would have a look. He stripped the fork down, found the issue and after a couple of hours I was heading back home with my repaired fork.

 

Jason took the time to explain the workings of the fork and parts which was well appreciated as now I know whats what in my fork.

I've dealt with Jason for years and he's a top guy and really knows his stuff
