That bike is so good they should have given it a cheesy Italian name like Sestro Elemento.

pumptrackness. It's lacking continuity but I'm sure it will be tweaked pretty good. post-36361-1398099335,9365.jpgpost-36361-1398098835,7827.jpg

Im thinking pascoe for the old man ... and maybe a Scott genius for me?

Or i can organise a Bronson for the old man and do a custom build like i did for the missus

Then for me ... **** im useless ... i never know what i want

I'm delighted with the Pascoe and I'm sure your old man will be too. But I am resigned to the fact that in the fullness of time they will be quite common on the local trails. Hopefully pyga will expand the colour choices at some point.

If I was looking for more boutique bling factor, I'd splash out on an Intense Tracer T275 or a Pivot Mach 6 and build that up. But then there's quite a lot more risk if something goes wrong.

Capra sounds like a good option and brilliant value, awesome build (unlike most other complete bike options that cost less than 80-100k), but real support risk.

There are so many good options, the choice really is quite bewildering.

When they asked Jerome Clementz whether he will ride the EWS with the Lefty Supermax on the front, he said that although the Lefty Supermax is nice, his main goal for 2014 is to win the EWS overall, which is why he is using the RS Pike for EWS.

Yeah if I got a "Crack-n-fail" I would definitely NOT get the Lefty ... I would build it up with a Pike ...

Been given an option of building up a Bronson maybe similar to what I did for the wife ... that may be teh ballie-in-laws other bet.

Im keen on a Yeti SB75C - but DaveD has a SB66 and I dont want to look like teammates as I will be the hacker. hahaha

Here are a few non-mainstream brand options. Although these are the cheaper models, most of the are available in higher spec as well:

Cube Stereo 160 - that's a option worth thinking about. Good enough for Nico Lau to win last years Trans Provence on. There's a local agent too, though they don't ordinarily bring them in, but they could probably do a special order.
