Searching for a Sherpa type beanie that I can wear under my helmut. The cold is killing me! Don't want Buffs or earmuffs and stuff.

Anyone know who stock something like this. Help will be appreciated.

Rather get something like this

If you start boiling you open the top but your ears still stay warm.

Thanks Gummy, this is one that I will consider. But my question to you is: why the éll did you refer me to this site. There is a lot of things there that I will have to start saving for! :w00t:

I have something like this from cyclone - but the head is closed on the top - super comfortable under a helmet, and warm:

Thank you V

I've got one of those. I find that it got the tendency to ride up and bunch under the helmut leaving ones ears partly open and cold. I've been talking to one of the diving suit makers/ fabricators and it looks like she will be able assist me in a tailor made item.

Velcro.... to the helmet.... :)

My one does not move... might just have been lucky... or have the right shape of head.... I know a wetsuit manufacturer in Durban that would make you one too - but Cyclone have been known to do custom stuff if you ask nicely.... :) and I am sure they could add a strap for you, or a drawstring and open top... or both...

Find some hippies, they'll know. If you live on the west coast you won't have to look far.

Something like that may be a bit of a tight fit under a helmet though...
