I do this ride most days. Sometimes MTB. How does an old man hook up? How would I recognise you and are you a speed freak?

I am going to be in Durban 22 and 23 November for 2 nights, then back again on 5 December for a night. I am keen to cycle with a local person, I am staying in Morningside.

 

I am English, live in Spain and mountain bike about 3 times a week, each time 40 - 50km
