Got to this thread this morning hoping for some good news but alas not. RIP Barry AKA Tumbles Sympathies to his family and friends Sad sad day !!

Same problem here ! due a rebate for 2016 and phoned to query reason for the delay told that I haven't submitted for 2013 when I went in to the branch to submit. now need an affidavit and all the documents so that I can resubmit for 2013. urgggghhhhhh !!

I have written to Discovery to put my Vitality Active Rewards on hold due to a right Hamstring Injury and they have obliged. I haven't been able to exercise for 4 weeks now. Ultrasound was clear but problem still exists next is MRI hope my points decrease

My gripe is why offer a platform only to have it removed when people find loopholes ? i use it religiously and with no malice intended. Rather name and shame and threaten to remove those points gained by cheaters than make everyone suffer. surely if you roll out a program it has been tried and tested first ??

That's the position I am in at the moment ! with the industry I'm in and two crazy months ahead; its going to be impossible to achieve this. I would have happily carried on using my Garmin for my workouts and runs and cycles with no hassles but now im going to get rightly screwed over !!
