Got to this thread this morning hoping for some good news but alas not. RIP Barry AKA Tumbles Sympathies to his family and friends Sad sad day !!

Gonna say a special prayer for Barry and Family .... they need all the Help at this point in time Come on Tumbles u can do this !!

Hi there Contact Holla Trails in Ballito; I'm sure they can steer you in the right direction if you looking at doing some Road work; otherwise visit Holla if you keen on some trail on you MTB. There are a few clubs that ride on the M4 to Durban.

Thank you Kevin for taking the time to post here As you can see Barry has a lot of friends here on the Hub. Some he has never met and some he has. Same problem here ! due a rebate for 2016 and phoned to query reason for the delay told that I haven't submitted for 2013 when I went in to the branch to submit. now need an affidavit and all the documents so that I can resubmit for 2013. urgggghhhhhh !!

RIP Randle Sympathy to his Wife; Kids and family and friends. unnecessary loss of life Hope they catch the BA$TARD !

I have a herniated L5; don't know how or when this happened My last ride has been in April Its pushing against the sciatic nerve in my right leg resulting in the leg feeling like its constantly cramping. Doc has suggested no riding and weights for 3 months since my last consult last month. its been a loooooonnnnnggg month and still two more to go !

Gugu was a driven and passionate individual who lived life to the fullest each day. He was a kind soul that always had time to take a picture with a fan with that infectious smile of his. Gugu spent a lot of his time using his celebrity status to raise funds for Charity organisations or issues of concern that were close to his heart. Whilst his celebrity status increased over the years; Gugu stayed humble and down to earth always making time for his friends returning missed calls or simply replying to their messages on all Social platforms or just on WhatsApp. He was a true gentlemen and real role model and had the ability to attract and influence anyone across the race barrier. His family meant the world to him. He married his high school sweet heart Letshego and they recently celebrated their 2nd Wedding anniversary. His adorable daughter Lelethu recently turned 1 and he cherished her and was absolutely besotted with her. Gugu made an impact on the lives of all that he touched; his passing lives a huge void in the lives of all that knew him. I am grateful for being able to call such a great human being my friend. I will miss the odd phone calls; miss hearing his voice and receiving images of him with Letshego and Lelethu having fun on their endless Adventure trips. Letshego lost her best friend; soul mate and husband doing what they do best going on an Adventure. It was a cruel and tragic way for him to die. No one expected this and losing your loved one like this must be very traumatic for Letshego to endure. Lelethu lost an amazing dad at a very young and tender age which is extremely sad; my heart breaks for her. They are in my prayers. My Deepest sympathy to Letshego; Lelethu; his parents and In-Laws and the endless friends that Gugu had. RIP Gugu you will be missed; you are gone but will never be forgotten.

I have written to Discovery to put my Vitality Active Rewards on hold due to a right Hamstring Injury and they have obliged. I haven't been able to exercise for 4 weeks now. Ultrasound was clear but problem still exists next is MRI hope my points decrease
