Greybeard Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Got back on the Mtb this weekend after 7weeks recovery from wrist and hand surgery. Doc said maybe a bit early but the weather was just too inviting.Plenty of discomfort but what a pleasure to be on the saddle and sharing the great outdoors with so many of you. I had forgotten how much comraderie there is out there and how well I slept after the dose of fresh air.Did 2 rides of 45km and 35 km and my legs and arms are enjoyably sore this morning.
