Wonder Woman Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 OK, so a few weeks ago I had a jumping muscle in my right lats. I'ts now back again and is driving me mad. Do you guys think it is from a lack of magnesium or some vitamin or mineral or what could be causing it?? Maybe I haven't been training hard enough lately so it is getting jumpy??

If getting tipsy after one glass of wine is considered drinking I'm going to try some wine tasting Friday, looking forward to it, so if I'm not at the hub ride saturday, you'll all know how I'm feeling!!

porky Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 Ummm, back to the topic........! Yes, its common WW, I get it as well. When it first happened I got all worried and took myself off to the doc, but he said its probably a slight deficiency which will correct itself over the short term or sometimes a nerve gets a bit tweaked which causes the resulting twitch. I just leave it and after a few days it stops, I guess you could try some vitamin and minerals suppliments, it cant do any harm, but I think you will find it gos away on its own.
Tumbleweed Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 my muscle do it all the time. and i drink a lot. so it's not a deficiency of alcohol that's causing it. maybe it's the alcohol that is causing it?
