TheKaiser Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Aside from being a government piggy-bank/rainy day fund, the Road Accident Fund seems to only cover the hundreds of taxi and bus accidents in this country. I wonder if they also need to pay for their own lawyers and fill out mountains of paper work? *** situation.
BMXER Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 Been through this, you will have to claim from the road accidentfund. That is why it is there and it almost indemnifies drivers! You can only claim once per accident so find a lawyer and make sure you are well 110% before claiming.
