Kudos to great service!

Just want to send a rave out to some awesome service I received this weekend. Took the bike out to Thaba on Saturday, 800m into my ride my derailleur hanger that was apparently cracked already decides to let go completely sending my SLX derailleur through the spokes and locking wheels. After a mild skrikking af of the gat and survey of the damage I went in search of replacements for destroyed items.

 

First stop cycle lab fourways, David assisted and had a look for me but couldn't find one in stock but said he'll have a look for me and let me know on Monday. now I'm so jaded by now whenever I hear that I just think whatever, not gonna happen.

 

Next stop Cajees Fourways, wonder of wonders, there's the exact hanger I need hanging on the rack, I check the price on a new XT shadow derailleur and it's spot on, Awesome service the entire time!

 

And to top it all off, just saw a message on my phone I missed from David, saying he got a hanger for me that will be in on Thursday, going to pick it up as a spare.

 

Great service from 2 shops in one day, and this on a Saturday afternoon at 2. Both shops will definitely see more of me.
