Crank problem

Hi guys

I'm new to the hub and am in need of some advice.I purchased a felt f95 two weeks ago,then purchased a giant tcr composite frame last week thinking I could just switch all my components over but I was told the crank wont wont work as the giant is a press fit and the front derailleur wont work either as its a braze on.

What is the the best thing for me to do.

You can probably get a BB match the frame part(not sure what they are called) or BB converter to make the crank work, all kinds of funny parts that make seemingly incompatible cranks work in different frames, can't solve every situation though.

 

The FD you'll have to buy one that fits the new frame, no way around that one.

You can get a converter for the crank and if the front derailleur does not fit, you can buy a braze on type. They are cheap enough.
