Cruz Addict Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 hey guys for those that have used the Hans Dampf tires? all my other tires have had a tread rotation arrow or indicator but the hans dont.after inspecting i see the tread is identical in either direction so would assume it doesn't matter which direction the tread rolls in? am i correct and is this specific to the hans or is it a rule of thumb for all Schwlabe tires?

Yup, according to the interwebs it doesn't matter. Schwalbe mould the rotation direction into the tire, very small.....and only on side side. Hard to find even if you know it's there.

droo Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 The standard trick for this is to make sure the main branding on the tyre is on the drive side - usually the non-drive side is marked with the manufacturer's brand and the drive side's got additional markings on it. HDs are symmetrical though, so it doesn't matter.
