I just want to say thanks to the 2 Roadies that came past me on Saturday morning on Main Botha Avenue.

Thanks for NOT stopping and thanks for NOT asking if I was ok!!!!!!

I know that a training ride is more important that someone lying on the ground with a dislocated shoulder but you could at least have asked if I was ok.Angry

Ouch!! I'm recovering from a dislocated shoulder, so I know what you're going through. Is the shoulder stabilised? Best to have it checked by a physio, and also an ortho. (Ok, lecture over Wink)

I also found that roadies are a bunch of unfriendly twats. If someone rides past you and says 'Good Morning' you don't just ignore them! This has happened more than once, and on every occasion it was 2 - 3 guys (not pro's) riding. Angry

Thanks,

The shoulder is not to bad just stiff, but will see what the Physio has to say.

I could not see any damage to bike (apart from scratches and cracked helmet)  but will have it checked out before I ride it again.
