Mix of road and off road: http://www.strava.com/activities/150635440 It can also be made shorter or longer quite easily. About 1:45 hours should do the trick on week days. Should we settle for Tuesdays and then I will do the Engen Thursdays?

The routes we take are roughly 32 to 36km and I get home at 7am. We ride on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
