I was thinking about leaving around 05:00-15-ish. Gives me enough time to make the trek & have time for a shower before work starts at 08:00.

Im on a CX bike so it doesnt matter too much. On or Off-road... Closer to Westrand Cycles than Key west centre

Hello all I am wondering a few things re: Title of the thread. 1: Is there anybody doing something like this out there? 2: If there is, maybe I could join the "Bike Bus" 3: Safest route options? Insights would be appreciated.

I am probably gonna be in Oranjeville myself. If you get any details re: Routes, please keep let me know as well. Havent the slightest as to where to go around there!!

Depends on where you ride from... You can park in Cradle do a loop or 2 around there. Alternatively stop at Key West shopping centre, Randfontein, out past Brandvlei to Magaliesburg past Maropeng & then do the Cradle. Problem is you finish that 120+ ride coming up Krugersdorp hill!! Real leg killer that PM me if want some more details.

Speak to Rastaman... I know he did something like that over December.

Road Bike TT HT 29er Monstercross Track Cyclocross And probably around 5 wheel-set to accommodate for all those unforeseen whether conditions... Its easier to change a wheel-set than to buy another bicycle. Especially because space does become a little cramper....
