So Coolheat came back to me after they said they cant help me and arranged a used one from somewhere and had it shipped to me. Best cycle related service I received in a very long time! Most bike shops usually go nah you cant get this part or something like that just to make more money of you and these guys went out of their way to help me. They surely have my vote!

Nice, they couldn't find a new RD mounting hardware piece for my derailer but made a plan and sorted me out. The bike shop was taking too long for me so that's why I contacted them directly.
