On the Gumtree ad look at at other ads by that seller.  All bikes.  Same as the ads that he has on the Hub.

The BMC TE01 bike is rare (and expensive) and was worth a try...

Go check the bicycle storage areas at both Stellenbosch and Cloetesville Police Station. Found a mate`s stolen bike there that was in storage for months.

 

 

But yet again, do not get your hopes up for Stellenbosch police. I had flyers up in the engineering faculty of my stolen Trek Vert 4 back in the day. Some Stellenbosch policeman saw the flyers, and wanted to give me a random, piece of sh## bicycle out of the "recoverd bicycle storage" in exchange for the reward money...
