You visited family, I'll hopefully be doing an overseas holiday anyway. Would you rate it as worth the extra effort over and above the normal travel which was going to happen anyway? Did you take your own bike with?

Did you take your own bike with?took my own bike with yes.i would however suggest you do the race as soon as you arrive as first having holiday with the family and then racing is not condusive to goot last bit of training and or tapering.definately worth the extra effort.
