Life after arthoscopic acetabular labrum surgery

Hi all,

I've had this surgery a few years back and there are times I battle with stiffness and soreness in my hip. Cold also seems to make things a little tougher. I also have issues with range of motion and can't get into a full tuck position on my road bike because of this.

 

I was just wondering is there are any others out there that have had this procedure and can share their experiences.

What exactly does that surgery entail? Sounds expensive.

I have also had the operation 3 years ago.

I recently have had a recurring pain in the operated hip, which is strange since I have been fine up until a few weeks ago.

I am also interested to hear from other people that may be experiencing this.
