Fat Bikes vs 29ers vs 27.5ers

Think fat bikes have a couple of pro's over the regular MTB's, for one those wide tyres should be able to cope a lot better on any terrain (except maybe tar where the rolling resistance will be massive). If the tyre pressures are set properly (whatever they need to be), the ride should be very comfy. Only problems I see is the size of tube you have to carry along and maybe the amount of effort required to get the bike up to speed (but this can probably be ignored since its more about fun than winning the world cup or something).

From my experience mounting fatbike tubeless tyres, if you get a puncture you can't fix with a worm you're in for a long walk home...
