Bit of a rant!

Broke my Mavic Fury rachet buckle yesterday, my last ride before Dr Evil and K2C.

Leaving on Wednesday earle morning.

Contacted Mavic via their website option contact us, yesterday morning after my ride.

I have heard nothing back and no phone details on their website to follow up.

Asked my lbs to source rachet, send photos and he has not heard anything from them, not answering his phone calls.

It looks like it would be me and my old faithful 8 year old Olympics!

Really disappointed, since this is my first and only race for the year.

I had to dig to find his details when my Mavic wheels had a problem, but if you nag him enough, he will make a plan.  Just a warning, these guys do NOTHING for NOTHING.  Customer goodwill is not high on their agenda.

Did not know Dragons are the agents.

Mavic website needs some love.

Spoke to Llewellyn via another bike shop.

Look like they will sort me out, hoping package will be delivered to address in Plett.
