Yes he embraced more technology/science but that was everywhere at the time not just cycling (Same could be made of television and a more global audience). As for the riding Lance didn't just sit back like team sky and look at his SRM. He attacked, came back after crashes, had crazy handling skills, great tactician, very few other GC riders attack when they are leading the race. Hopped up on drugs or not he was exciting to watchThis is not a "disagree".You describe a robot. A fellow human would have been tired just like the guy next to him. Lance knew BEFOREHAND what watts he can do when. "They" did not. They rode on how their legs felt. But I have to agree. Lance's show was awesome to watch. He NEVER said die.
