lukes_handle Posted September 26, 2014 Share So today I just opened a little box from CWC online. The service had from them was, as always, excellent. I had seen an SLX derailleur I was wanting and they had it on special when I was checking at like 11pm but when I came to order it in the morning it was no longer on special. After a phone call and speaking to Marnitz he said he would give it to me at the discounted price. After corresponding via email I confirmed my order and made payment. I then followed to get a tracking a number so I could know when to collect my order and received a very apologetic email on Wednesday (public holiday) from Marnitz explaining that he hadn't processed my order but he would have sent it out the following day and when it got here this morning it had a number of extra 'consumable' biking products as compensation. So to Marnitz and all the other guys at Chris Willemse Cycles BIG UP and thank you, I would highly recommend them and will be taking my future business back to them.
