Crank length?

My inside leg measurement is 93cm and according to this chart I should be using a 180mm crank.

Has anyone moved to a 177.5 or 180mm crankset and what feedback can you offer me?

I've had a look at previous discussions on crank length but didn't see anything relative to my enquiry. I'm looking for feedback on someone with long legs using a 177.5 or 180mm crank
