If so what is the import duty & surcharge ?? And what is this LBS tell me that the market for 25 mm is small ... The worlds moving over to 25mm and SA is behind ? Why doesn't specialized bring in Roubaix Armadillo ? SA doesn't have the best roads.. Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted October 2, 2014 Share Tyres just attract the normal rates of VAT and a handling fee. There's a 10% surcharge on the VAT, so it's calculated at 15.4% of the value of the items, and depending on who you choose to deliver them the "handling fee" could be anywhere from R 50 to R 300.
