140 on a frame designed for 100 will be a stretch too far IMO.

Exactly my sentiments. Fox for race only bike - Rockshox for everything else.

 

Lefty mmmm we like those but huge moola and they only work properly on 'dales.

Yeah 140 might be much for that frame, sorry didn't see the geometry. The slant is adaptable to 120, the velvet I have set at 110(10mm taken off 120 for the 650convert). Running it a Zula no bother. X fusion about half the price off Fox et al....No I don't have shares:)
