Tri bars - I don't think they will fit ?

Hi Guys

 

I purchased the Vision Vector Semi-Integrated Aerobar R-Bend from Chain reaction.

 

Now I’m scared it won’t fit my bike lol. I have a Felt B12 tri bike and I Checked the FELT website and the specifications says the following about the stem:

 

Felt SL 6061 aluminum 3D forged +/-7° rise, Ø26.0mm bar clamp, custom Cr-Mo bolts, 131g; 52cm=80mm, 54cm=90mm, 56cm=90mm, 58cm=100mm, 60cm=110mm

 

The specifications of the tri bars state:

 

"For use with Ø31.8mm stem"

 

What you guys think ? Should I cancel the purchase quick ?
