David D Posted November 20, 2014 Author Posted November 20, 2014 Just an observation in case there is some confusion, the R100 covers the instruction and the shuttles but there is still the park entry that needs to be paid...? Hi. The Fee will be R100 per person. This will cover medics, marshals and shuttle vehicle fuel. You will need to also pay for your entry into the park. We will have one or two spare DH bikes, so if you want to see what one of these long travel bikes feels like, you can give it a go but like I have said before you can arrive on your hardtail if that is all you have. Again, if your willing to volunteer your time, or the lending of a bakkie for shuttles, please let me know, it would be much appreciated. Its going to be a fun day.

nigelhicks Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Well that was a FANTASTIC turnout! .... 53 riders of which 30 odd were new to downhill.A good couple of giba tattoos from people buying some dirt real estate, but all in all a great day out. Thanks to Dave for organising, and Morne for doing the timing.Hopefully we will have some new faces at the DH races after this.
